Finnish broadcaster unveils UMK 2020 stage

Finnish final is coming, and the public broadcaster, YLE, has unveiled the stage where six participants will compete to become the representative of this country in Rotterdam.

Created by Ari Levelä with the newest technology, the design will allow each participant to glow over  the stage, as YLE has explained:

“The clean lines, graphic scenes, and precise lighting design provide the perfect environment for the performances of the‘ UMK 2020 ’. The stage is equipped with the latest technology, so a technically spectacular show is coming.”

The final of UMK 2020 will be held on March 7th in the Mediapolis Studio of Tampere, without tickets on sale. The public and a jury will choose, between the six finalists, the Finnish representative in Róterdam:
Among the candidates, some have been participants in the Finnish version of well-know talent shows. Catharina Zühlke, the runner-up in UMK 2017, returns to the contest.

Mikko Silvennoinen and Krista Siegfrids will host the show again but in this edition accompanied by the radio presenters Ville “Viki” Eerikkilä and  Juuso “Köpi” Kallio from Green Room.
